Our brief was a complete renovation of this period home whilst retaining its original charm. In addition, a basement that accommodated a home gym, cellar and sauna was included under the rear garden to avoid encroaching on valuable rear garden space.

With swimming pool and a new ‘outdoor room’, the home is now both an entertainer’s dream with views reaching to the Sydney Harbour Bridge, and a modern playground - with something for every family member to enjoy.
